01Who operates this site

This website is operated by SODEXO PECHE, Tevragh Zeina, Nouakchott, Mauritania, trade register analytical no. 117 227. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02Product information is indicative

The species, sizes, calibres, packaging formats and presentations shown on this site describe what we are generally able to supply. They are indicative and are not a guarantee that a given product is available at a given moment.

Wild-caught seafood is subject to season, weather, fishing effort, quota and regulation. Availability, sizes and grades vary between landings. The specification that binds us is the one confirmed in writing for your specific order.

Scientific and commercial species names are given in good faith using the designations current in our markets. Where a name is still being verified, the site says so rather than stating something uncertain as fact.

03Enquiries, quotations and orders

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve any goods.

A contract of sale arises only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you confirm it, together with the agreed incoterms, payment terms, documentation and delivery arrangements. Prices quoted are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

04Permitted use

You may browse this site and use the enquiry form for genuine commercial purposes. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, extract its content systematically for reuse, or submit false or abusive enquiries.

05Intellectual property

The SODEXO name, logo and the text, images and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Quoting short extracts with a link back to the source is permitted.
